Texas Shining Stars is a Natural and Glitz Pageant System that is scored on facial beauty and personality. We also offer an amazing Talent competition. Providing preliminary pageants throughout the year all over Texas and then progressing into a State Pageant. All preliminary winners will receive fees off to the State Pageant.
